It's a killer for trump and I would bet all the pub's up for re-election in 2020 will have pretty hard time getting behind that hideous budget.

It's pretty clear that trump hasn't learned a single thing about politics, which is really no surprise.

Sure the illiterates want to dumb down the country so they don't have to compete with them, or feel bad about being illiterate;

And the rich want to keep people dumb so they can manipulate them.

Fucking Republican party.

<,

Genius. Pure genius. I hope he and the GOP run on this budget. So much winning, I can hardly breath.

Key Points
The Education Department’s budget would be significantly reduced under Trump’s 2020 budget.Changes include the end of subsidized student loans and the popular public service loan forgiveness program.With the House controlled by Democrats, the administration may find it hard to realize its requests.President Donald Trump’s budget proposal unveiled on Monday would slash funding for the U.S. Education Department by more than 10 percent.

The plan, titled “ A Budget for a Better America, ” requests $62 billion for the Department of Education, or $7.1 billion less than the agency’s allowance in 2019.

The budget eliminates subsidized student debt, in which interest doesn’t accrue on the loans while borrowers are in school or in economic hardship. It also reduces the number of repayment plans for borrowers and scratches the popular, if challenged, public service loan forgiveness program.
