Sartre would be proud of you-lol. Yes, it is all pointless, except being kind. So have as much fun as you can. I think I have a lot more fun than most other seniors because I make it a point of have fun. I party every day. Most of the seniors I have seen are prisoners of their own dogma, and just sitting around waiting to die because anything they might do to have fun seems out of bounds, like getting stoned. My dear old mom used to lament about how they don't give the terminally ill a good supply of opium, if they want. Society wants them to be a productive members of society even on their death bed-lol. And tell them it is immoral. I am still looking for some old woman I can get stoned with, but they seem rare; and my town is full of old people. Of course old liberals are sort of rate too. I play poker with a bunch of college kids almost every night and we laugh. Half of them are from Asia and half of these are from Mainland China. I am good friends with all of them and they are laughers. <<It's all pointless really, Alex. You are born only to die. In between hopefully you have some fun. Hopefully, this isn't it for you.
