Nope. Government enforcement of free speech is simply doing what they have done for 240 years, which is to ensure no one tramples on our freedom of speech. I'm surprised you don't understand that the government has been deeply involved in guaranteeing our freedom of speech for centuries. The US Supreme Court has actively evolved their decisions to safeguard it as technology has changed. It is exactly why we have remained as free as we have. Without an enforcement mechanism for our Constitutional rights, they get trampled on, as we are now seeing everywhere with our free speech among corporations.
