Sergio, I'm assuming it looks good from a TA standpoint because everyone here feels it is. Also, to be fair, I did not have the time to check SEC filings and such. I will do so today and see if there is anything else interesting to look at. However, I generally do not like to trade stocks that sell for less than $5 and do not have a history of earnings growth unless special circumstances warrent it. When I've done so in the past, I have gotten my rear end unceremoniously kicked on more than one occasion. Trading a better quality stock is my way of reducing risk to an acceptable level. Hank
