As BP demonstrated the USA has adequate and highly profitable legal processes to take megatons if loot from environment despoilers.

Going upstream to find shareholders and creditors liable is unreasonable. BP shareholders gave USA umpty$billions for very little damage . That was more than enough looting of shareholders.

You should think she's enthusiastic but ignorant and paving the road to Hell with good intentions.

She's establishing her brand for a presidential contest with Ivanka in a decade or so.
