There are probably a lot of reasons or excuses for this; however, customers aren't up to task for abuse, disinterest, or excuses for this.

JB's statement is one of many I've heard lately. If the problem is systemic, I guess CompUSA had better get their act together. They're not in business for once in a lifetime type purchases and are highly dependent on return business.
