I would hedge a long stock position with Feb 20 Puts ($2.75/contract)
and maybe pick up some $17.50 Puts for a trade in the event the stock surprises with some bad news.

The action in KLIC today was NOT encouraging based on the NVLS and KLAC movement. ASMLF surged over 5 points and KLIC managed only to stay within its recent 18-19 trading range. With the SOXX rising 12 points and closing at the high I would have expected KLIC to gain more than 11/16. Maybe somebody out there knows something?

As a general observation I perceive today's run as a Bull Trap. Asia did not go away just because of a few hundred point rally. Beware of
profit warnings from anyone doing biz in Asia.
