No. Having been an election supervisor at polling booths I can attest that the level of fraud is very low. NZers are world champion honest upstanding citizens. But sadly the world's riff raff has been allowed in by the dopey do gooders who the dopey electorate has selected for decades so the place is deteriorating to Venezuela and then to Zimbabwe levels. There's a move afoot to change the name to a good banana republic name = Aotearoa. The decline should accelerate. We also are continuing to develop racist apartheid laws to separate Maoris and others. I'm against apartheid . Mqurice
