Robert Cohen - Thanks for the reply. I understand that you are presenting that this deal is for one region only, but I can't help but to be concerned that giving up sorely needed cash off the top will prevent ACTV from raising its own capitol to rollout the other regions and given its history may continue to make sour deals on future capitol/rollout financing because it cannot get its head above water. As for owner of Libra throwing in his own cash...he has conflicting interests in ACTV and the financing and don't feel his neck is quite out there as much as some may say.
