Sonny- Everyone from Mr Beamer, a 14 year old from Canada, my uncle, and a secretary has a fix. The problem goes way beyond that scope. Overwriting cannot take care of more problems than it will cause. You do NOT want your bank or roker to over-write or your account may show the balance in 1900 instead of 2000. Many of these problems are from programers that are now dead (and cannot be sued) that made special programming and each line of code must be looked at tested and fixed (IMRS) others are able to be taken care of by a tool kit (ACLY) and embedded systems must be checked for chips that will possibly not function and shut an industry down (TPRO). The over writing does nothing for all the systems that are date reliant! John
