I honestly don't know. I had thought about dropping a note to Dr. Seymour to see if he had any insights, but hadn't done that yet.

He's mostly out of the insider loop now - so he may not know much more than we do.

There were 2 investors in the $2.5M financing. Do you think Dr. B. was one (or both) of them?
No. The split appeared to be rather acrimonious (Boniuk calling Diwan an apparent cheat, and then NNVC's lawyer essentially calling Boniuk a liar, all in public filings), so I think it will be a while before Dr. Boniuk puts more of his money in Dr. Diwan's hands.
