After reviewing the information and doing some digging around - I'm guessing that it was just sloppiness - I can't find any other information that indicates it is correct. If it is true it is a good thing,... but it would also be in character for them to be sloppy in filings.
My assumption is sloppiness. Sorry, my original post was intended to find a bit of humor in the filing and in our collective woeful situations. I assumed by the apparent acrimony of the split, that it would obviously not be true. But stranger things have happened.

I do know a few couples that have married, divorced, and then re-married the same person. I don't know how often it happens in business (presumably a more logical, less emotional domain...there are still big egos involved.)
