once I drove in open jeep on Tobago, one of my ancestral states, and passed a senior fussing over a pot of chicken at side of road and pitching coconuts he must have just collected in the nearby forest, all two of them

several hours later on way back to lodging, I passed him again, and that night I had chicken for meal. I did not buy the two coconuts.

do not have a pic of that pot of chicken but did record the place we drove to - the home of amateur chef and retired judge Ricardo (do not remember his last name as introduced by relatives). Ricardo also did well w/ food - loved his view from open house (not fancy, but self sufficient, with solar and wind power and gorgeous environment) - purrrrfect for ... food
