Warning, On-Topic: The vote's coming up Wednesday, 8AM. Any chance they won't get enough yes votes to approve the deal? Any competing bid is a near impossibility before the meeting, but what could it go for if they didn't get the votes and went to an auction? Just a thought. Bob (sorry for the on-t)

Yo Rich. Phew! I thought that you had gotten into MICA at a higher price. So are you gonna average down? Maybe next time you should buy McDonald's gift certificates and stash them for your down days - lol! I don't know what to say about NETC anymore. The vote is looming around the corner, but I think we all know the outcome of that already, so it's kinda anticlimactic. I still think that the value in this stock is limited. Takeover on ICGX - someday - is your only bet. And yes, I'd be glad to chip in my 2 cents, if we ever have any relevant NETC/ICGX postings in the future. MK P.S. Executive Decision has been out on rental for a while. Get out of the house Rich. Go to Blockbuster. BTW, what is the Palace? I'm thinking Vegas!
