This is liberal logic in a nutshell, or should I say nut case shell: If you break the law to get into college then you should be criminally charged with fraud and immediately expelled, with that I fully agree... but If you break the law to get you into America, then you should receive a free education at the school of your choice, free medical care, free housing, free clothing, free food, free money, and so on...
