On my latest build I used an old case and had some problems. Started regretting the case front panel only had USB-1, So I bought this. newegg.com This works, but the audio jacks are HD Audio and the original audio in the case is AC'97. No way for both sets of jacks to work at the same time, but the case jacks are behind a door. HD Audio & AC'97 are incompatible & it's one or the other and a splitter for the wiring isn't a fix.
