Investors would say Perfect. It matters not to any of us who do valuation, that there is an uneven distribution of knowledge between the doers and the non doers.

3 cheers for stock buy backs......especially when management is not co-opted to agendas not associative to responsibility as fiduciaries.

Understand your frustration; so my advice is; ask not what the agenda is doing for you, but what you are doing for the agenda...

mouthpieces are like stocks, over or undervalued within the eye of the beholder.
