Why would anyone care? If someone acts like a jerk, you simply avoid them as you do in real life. There are plenty of places to post. No one has to post on her thread. It is her privilege that some choose to do so, but that can change very fast. One has to be a gracious host or you have an empty thread. Case in point? Poker Sam. He is not gracious and therefor no one gives a flip about his threads.
