Soap Opera, indeed! This is the biggest bunch of horse pucky I have ever encountered. First Fearnow says the news is really going to help the stock (which it didn't), but it turns out that someone must have lied to Fearnow (else why did he know about it). Now they are apparently lying to all of us, too. The news release about Wilson leaving wasn't an "accident." No way! He was out, out, out. But someway he go himself back in. I'm sure glad I'm not holding any of this stock. Come tomorrow morning I believe it will get very ugly. George

It appears that Bingo & Gaming International is divesting themselves of all the centers they own:

During the three months ended March 31, 1996, the Company, through its wholly
owned subsidiaries Tupelo Industries, Inc., Meridian Enterprises, Inc.,
Monitored Investments, Inc., and Red River Bingo, Inc. operated three charity
bingo facilities for itself (Iuka, Mississippi, Tupelo, Mississippi, and
Meridian, Mississippi)
and managed two other such facilities (McAllen, Texas
and Columbus, Mississippi) for two other corporations which share some common
stockholders with the Company
