M Carter, I havenot looked into the HCOM deal yet so I can not comment on it. In general the optimum time to short a floorless convertible that has not been converted yet is on the first day you discover it.

M. Carter, I did look into HCOM and I can not explain its climb up after the October convertible. I will likely short it tomorrow if I can get shares, it is defying gravity. Wish I had known about it last week.
