Just registering DOES NOT mean anything other than a intent to sell,only at their price. Could be .50,could be at $1.00.Could be months from now or never. Same thing happened at ARET. A filing and reaction by some shareholders."Oh!, the sky is falling". Guess what, the shares were NOT sold then or even to this day, because the value was no where near what they wanted. Remember, with a non-reporting company you don't get any of this information. Long on NRAG and I mean Long, because you see the reported facts! Correct me if I'm wrong.JMO Not Mad, just Solid, Jimbo
