Davis...Shero,----please take a look at the link I posted. I'd like to hear from you guys about how and why the Company is allowing IDEC and Coulter to become the industry standard when the science TCLN has is supposed to be so much better.

Neither of you guys have answered my inquiry of who is responsible for creating an environment so hostile that anyone considering the CEO post would have to have his head examined. All of this is detrimental to the health of this Company. Does it matter whether is NJ or Tustin? They are equally responsible in my opinion.

Davis..if Lon Stone had any common sense, he'd see that communication with stockholders at this point is crucial because if we all give up, there's nothing left to save...and in the absence of competent management, any group could effectively short the stock because it's a self fulfilling scenario. He could show some regard for the stockholders and manage to make himself look better by doing it. What's the downside to that?

Shero...you posted today a message that made sense calling for pretty much the same thing that I am. You say that you're tired of what's going on in management, but I believe that we have to keep pressure on management to be more responsive and communicating more effectively. You are right..rumors take the place of fact when there are no facts available and that's the position Lon Stone has placed us in.

Someone out there who has the ear of management..give them a nudge..tell them to wake up and speak up..I'm not suggested defending themselves, I'm suggesting a frank discussion on the State of the Company....now I'm sure there are lots of you out there who can build a case against that idea...but then what would your agenda be?

Davis, my friend, you will always be included in "my happy little home." Your unwavering support for TCLN is a wonder to behold and I'm eternally grateful for your support. Probably every other poster is too.

I am not a supporter for the S-3 group. I have said nothing to defend them. I only want to know the facts. Your post 1081 defines a "not held" order and discusses some end of the day trades. Other than that it is short of facts and that's what I've been asking you and anyone else to provide. Again, I have no axe to grind for anyone.

The stock is down. That's a fact. Short interest for NASDAQ stocks will be posted in Barrons on Saturday. If not this week then next. Then we'll know the net change in the short position.
And if there is going to be an SEC, or an investigation by any other agency I will welcome it. THE FACTS ARE WHAT COUNT.

I have no "personal enmity toward management." Its professional. The post from ALYS regarding the H & Q conference makes the point better than anything I could say. Coulter is openly saying they will be the "gold standard" (God help lymphoma patients if this is true) and not a word about LYM-1. Not even a mention that there is another drug soon to be in a full phase 3 trial, or the company behind it. WHY? Its because managemet isn't doing its job. I know we are both tired of this, tired of mgmt that can't get its story out, tired of mgmt that gets fat salaries and doesn't do its job.

Last week we were openly in agreement that there had to be a change in mgmt. This week "...personal enmity toward management is so blatant that it belies any credibility you might have had." What changed? The fact that I'm going to keep an open mind about market action that is hard to pin down? I simply refuse to get trapped in a mindset that refuses to differentiate between knowledge and belief.

I'll give you two quick examples. I believe that it may be the S-3 group shorting the stock that is driving the price of the stock down. But I don't know and I'm waiting to see the facts. On the other hand I know TCLN's mgmt team is incompetent. We've had months to witness their actions and reach this conclusion. Even you've called for a change.

We've both bought stock at these levels. Maybe you bought to "hurt" the shorts. I've bought to make a profit and because I believe in the technology. Regardless of the reason the effects are the same. Davis, we are on the same side. Lets not fight. We'll know the truth soon enough. You've got a right to state your opinions. I've got a right to ask for facts. That's the wonderful thing about America.

And finally Alys was right in her last post. We should do what we can to keep the pressure on mgmt, and at the same time let them know that open communication with shareholders not only benefits everyone but will help Lon Stone look better. Its the lack of truth that hurts mgmt and the shareholders.
