Lasertechnics and Units Name New Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President

Sandia Unit Fills New Post of VP, Strategic Communications

CARROLLTON, Texas, Jan. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Danny G. Hair was named chief financial officer and executive vice president of Lasertechnics, Inc. (Nasdaq: LASX) and its two subsidiaries, Sandia Imaging Systems, Inc. and Lasertechnics Marking Corporation (LMC). He succeeds E. Milo Mattorano.

Mr. Hair will develop and direct finance, administration and investor relations at Sandia as well as act as chief financial officer for Lasertechnics, Inc. and LMC, reporting to Harry S. Budow, president and chief operating officer.

In addition to overseeing all accounting, finance and public reporting activity, Mr. Hair will provide significant insight and knowledge to the overall business of Sandia.

Mr. Hair joins the company from PC ServiceSource where he held the positions of senior vice president/finance, chief financial officer, and acted as chief operating officer. He was previously chief financial officer of Bell Packaging Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Hair served as chief financial officer of SpectraVision, Inc. He has over twenty years of progressive financial and business management experience.
