It's not as simple as that. Are you saying that as long as COMS didn't have to pay cash it didn't matter how much stock they issued?

It does matter. COMS issued 158 million shares to purchase USRX (if my memory serves me).

If COMS would have purchased USRX for say, only 100 million shares of COMS there would be a lot less dilution. COMS wouldn't need to earn as much to make their numbers and a little more of COMS business would be yours and a little less would go to former USRX holders.

Price seems awfully important if you ask me, whether a company is using cash or stock.
