Robin Hood took actions that benefited him and others...and he did so to the extreme, so he is mapped to the top right corner.

If you know the story, Robin's fight started out with the establishment, which made him an outlaw. He then took actions that clearly benefited him and hurt his adversaries and in the process made him popular with the masses b/c those actions also benefited many others.

The axis on that graph should be understood as net-effect rather than absolutes. Even a stupid act such as punching out the teeth of an asshole in the bar provides benefits in the form of emotional satisfaction.
It's just that the net result is very negative.
