I see what you're talking about now, I didn't mouse over those graphs before.

Reagan was not a very popular president for much of his term. He has become way more popular in the minds of some Republicans now than he was for the most part during his term. Carter has also become a darling in hindsight, in part due to the Reagan legacy and in part due to the fact that he is so obviously a decent guy, especially compared with virtually all other presidents that I know of. His life is miraculous, literally since his recovery from cancer.

Still, no one has spent as much time under water as Trump has. Which is especially remarkable given the strength of the economy.
