<< finesse their way>>

i don't like the sound of that.
but why does it not surprise me, at all...
it is an issue too often ripe for administrative
solutions which don't exist.

and it is very, very tiresome.

from IBD today, in the long story, etc section:

S.Korean Conglomerates Will Divest Subsidiaries

<<Hyundai and LG groups promised to slim down and halt
or delay major projects as part of an international plan to
bolster the nation's economy. Few details were given on how
thwy will meet the government's demand to shed businesses.
Hyundai has 58 subsidiaries, LG has 54. Conglomerates have
been accused of siphoning off most bank loans, smothering
small businesses.>>

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
i would think a word from management might be in order to
supply those details, and how this may or
may not impact ZE.
