Ocote,

There is definitely a short-term rally for CPQ in the works. As far as this observation goes, "Looking at the MA's it looks like it's being squashed between the ever closer descending 50 dma and the flattening but still ascending 200 dma.", the Dow is doing the same.

On a totally unrelated note, it appears that a much contested stock on SI is about to make a move. PLSIA (of Pluvia vs. Westergaard fame) is showing a good deal of technical pressure to jump up. I'm trying to come to grips with the coincidence of both ASTN and PLSIA showing such strength at the same time. Even though I always try to avoid it, we may have something of a soap opera at hand here. If such is the case, I'll take care of it. If such is not the case, opportunity is at hand. The ball is currently in Mr. Westergaard's court. Anything less than complete candor on his behalf will not at all be favorable IMO. If I am stonewalled per my request for candor, either through semantic games or otherwise, it will be obvious to all.

Stay focussed,
Doug R
