Making threat with 2A (which implies using Guns against others) is no laughing matter. Police or state AG's office of your location (which I assume to be NorCal) will be contacted. Nature of your statement matters less than whether your target feels threatened or not by your statement of 2A. I do not take it lightly when a Right-wing Republican brings up 2A against those on the left. Your penchant of using guns against people of the opposing political party, the increasing right-wing terrorism, ... all point to your threat with 2A can not be ignored.
