I hope I'm not offending anyone when I say this. But reporters are a notoriously lazy bunch. They will not be aggressive unless they are "tipped off" about some impending "big" news. And the only way to get a reporter to a stock holders meeting is if company executives specifically invite reporters by name, to this "important event", with promises of snacks and beverages. A telephone call by a person working for TOPRO to the assignment editor is the least they could do. John

Karl--A magazine that I feel could have a big impact on investor interest in Topro, is the Individual Investor. After the shareholders meeting, if good news is coming our way, it would be well worth the effort to see if we could get an article in one of their issues. I have contact info and will e-mail to you. KARL--- I read your reply 24 hours ago. I was going to let it go by but... How can anyone appreciate making NOTHING happen? Yes, employees like to be appreciated but they also enjoy producing... maybe Jenkins wants no PR at all and allows nothing to get out. If nothing happens in the next two weeks it will be the fault of Jenkins only... The old saying "shit flows down hill" is well known in my company! I am aware that it floats also so I make sure that does not happen..... lets hope nothing floats---- just sprouts and blooms.... or that floater is just fertilizer and nothing more! and time to look for producers elsewhere.
