Good afternoon Sonny, Things are looking pretty good so far as far as Intel and most others. I hope that we can sustain this upward momentum for awhile. That is too bad that you don't have a fireplace. That doesn't make any sense that they have so many fireplaces in Florida and not so many in the North where it is so cold. Some of the homes here even build a fireplace between the master bedroom and master bath. Next house I build I want one like that. I hope that you are having a great day. See ya. Margaret
