Indeed, I believe that GRNO got into trouble with the SEC because they did not differentiate well enough between "letters of intent" and actual orders, or in your example between potential and actual customers. Now, mind you what I believe and what might be fact (re: SEC) might be quite different. In any event, I have yet to see a real down to earth "custoner" that was not a "potential" customer before, so I hope they have a pipeline of potential customers that they can convert to actual customers in the near future.
