Hello Street,

I will be running 3 monitors off one computer

If I go with a standard graphics card, I guess I'll need
3 cards occupying 3 slots? With Appian, to run 3 monitors
just takes one graphics card. It uses RDRAM..they claim to be the
best.

Yes ... if you used the Matrox it would mean three slots. I'm not familiar with the Appian, but it sounds good.

Sounds like NT is best to run my applications than
the future Win 98????

I haven't run anything but NT for years ... my NT v4.0 with service packs has been stable for a long time!

Scott: if you bought two computers, maybe you can now take one
of them back and do the dual monitor set up.

I actually bought them for other purposes. I have my own lab for research and development ... I just installed Novell's Moab OS on my network for testing, along with a Novell BorderManager and another NT box. I use up hardware fast! ;-)
