[Level 3 vs. QWST] i laugh at Level 3's claim to have a state-of-the-art all-new 20,000-mile fiber-optic network installed and lit in under two years. and even with right-of-ways tied to natural gas distribution networks (or however they do it) i can't believe they'll enjoy the same installation efficiencies that QWST had using the railway install system. nice of Crowe to sit on the QWST board for over a year, rip off the playbook, and then bail to start a wanna-be clone company. Wotta guy. mark

Nick, once again QWST rides high CRUSHING ALL NON-BELIEVERS IN ITS TORRID PATH!!! Now then, let's make sure to thank Level 3 and any other late-comer(s) for their outstanding FREE PR. Suddenly, QWST is the one to beat!! Yeah, we'll see them late '99... while we realize a 5X+ multiple in the process. Buckle-up Nick. Thought I heard the after-burners kick-in at today's close. 80's-ville here we come. It's blow-out time! Call me "irrationally exuberant" -Jerome- but it's open season, and this "QWST dog" will hunt. Buying more, Mathon btw: Gotta love that Nacchio quote per Level 3. Something like "we'll sell them some capacity -today- if they want it". Is this guy in the cat-bird seat, or WHAT???
