Sir: The contract with the Philly is on file as an exhibit to the IPO registration statement. By definition, by publication of the proposed rule change in the Federal Register the SEC has confirmed its endorsement of the proposed rule change. 21 days is up. Westergaard Broadcasting wbn.com analyst Mike Hardesty will endeavor today to determine whether any comments have been submitted. If not, then it would appear to be clear sailing and VWAP should be up and running sometime in March. If there are comments, the company or the Philly or SEC will have 14 days to respond as best I understand. John W.
