I don't think it's vaporware. This is the same group that's meeting on January 20.

[New York Times...Vaporware?]

I heard the NYT story on the radio this morning. WCBS-AM (New York's News Channel) had it as their TOP STORY on the 6:30AM news (ahead of a cop killing)....It was a pretty long story that closed with..."Expect to see DSL modems in stores by Christmas!"
