I asked the CFO about being delisted at the open house. He said that 1.We are to big to be delisted, delisted is for smaller cap stocks. 2. QDEK is an actively traded stock, therefore NASDQ makes a lot of money on QDEK.

I for one don't believe that we will be delisted, I am more worried about bankrupcy. If you are worried send QDEK an e-mail.

That reason might -I hope- explain the fall below 2 today.
