Sorry if you feel you are misrepresented by me and I won't review the day's posts as I'm sick and have been posting during pauses in work during the day.

However, the last post I made to which you are responding didn't represent you or misrepresent you at all. I don't believe that was my intent to do so.

"Given the guy's nearly 10K lies so far, that's always a possibility."

This is right out of the newspapers, and it is an abjectly false assertion. Bob Woodward has pointed out the absurdity of the claims, and I agree with his position: When you call everything Trump says a lie, the word ceases to have meaning.

For example, one of the 10,000 "lies":

“I’m not denying climate change. But it could very well go back.”

Trump is, of course, totally correct here. Scientifically speaking, there is no evidence to suggest that global warming is a crisis, and while there is theory on which it is based, that theory is just speculation. The only certainty is that none of us will likely be around to find out what happened.

How one feels about climate change is, at this time, not a matter of science, but a matter of opinion. Demonstrably, no matter how many times people claim otherwise.

As Woodward pointed out, the following (the 2nd alleged "lie" at NYT) is, itself, a lie:

JAN. 21 “A reporter for Time magazine — and I have been on their cover 14 or 15 times. I think we have the all-time record in the history of Time magazine.”

Trump appeared 11 times, Nixon 55. This does NOT make it a lie: it makes it a mistake.

FEB. 24 “ICE came and endorsed me.” (Only its union did.)

Really? Its Union did and you call that a lie?

This is NYT blowing up the numbers. And some people are gullible enough to fall for it. Others aren't. I'm not. Things that interest me, I'll take the time to find the facts. The fact is there are 100s of lies told by the NYT in their list of "Trump lies".

Believe it if you want.
