Morning Guys, just got this from Canaccord this morning (on Red Sea Oil):

RED SEA OIL. ("RSO-Y") - Three of five drillstem tests on well
B1-NC177, on Block NC177 onshore Libya, have been completed and
combined flowrates of 5,789 BOPD have been achieved. The testing
program will now continue and two additional tests will be carried out
in the Facha level of the well, before the well will be suspended. The
Facha level is the principal target. Sands Petroleum AB has a 40%
interest in Block NC177. Red Sea Oil Corporation holds the additional
60% and is operator. Sands Petroleum AB directly, and indirectly
through its subsidiary International Petroleum Corporation, IPC, owns
approximately 61% of Red Sea Oil. MC - Near-term potential of $5/sh
with the successful test of the Facha zone.

from Canaccord - canaccord.com -

Cheers,

Donald, *** Off Topic *** Re High Profile People:

> I send my highest regards to Lucas, Ian, Eva and Adolf for building an empire from nothing.
Seems like you know members of the Lundin family on a personal basis.
Did you meet them while working in Switzerland?

Another High Profile Person: John Felderhof, of Bre-X "fame". A front page article in The Northern Miner mentions that he lives in West Bay, Grand Cayman. Have you met him? If so, any insight into what he knew
about the Bre-X gold salting fiasco?

A Cohan

I am assuming you are impressed with the price forecasts in my last post. Although the rally has seemed to fizzle and didn't carry the share price directly to 4.00 the fall back to 3.35 and subsequent recovery to 3.65 plateau has been almost bang on. We are clearly not maintaining the rally phase however so I am not optimistic for a continued price increase.
