It seems to me that a lot of subjective shooting in the dark is going on without data in a form that allows us to (a) make direct comparisons from country to country (b) sort by different criteria like private and public debt ratios, growth rates over time, % involvement in various industries, values and rates of change in currency values, etc. This kind of mostly macro stuff doesn't get nearly the attention it deserves, while bullshit like candlesticks and whatnot get parroted by legions of TA dweebs.
