One chamber of my own state's legislature has approved this measure twice. No one here knows about it. Doesn't require a vote of the very people whose votes are being taken away. Same thing just happened in Colorado. It is preying on the stupid, who don't realize they are allowing their votes to be taken away from them. In California, political stupidity is party of the equation. Other states have to behave smartly or we put our Constitutional rights at risk.
