I saw part of that dialog. It's definitely hypocritical of 4kids to enter into a fray and then use her position as moderator to delete the opposition. Her blatant violation of IHang's TOS which she pretends to uphold shows her agenda is much different than what she pretends.

I absolutely agree with your assessment--4kids is a nasty individual. I can also say first hand that she's highly disingenuous by the posts of mine which she deletes in her position as IHang's PTOI moderator. I'm guessing she's gleeful that her reasons for deleting posts are so vague that it keeps those people who don't agree with her opinions guessing. If she were truly a zealot trying to wipe out small infractions of IHang's TOS, she would add a note clarifying the reasons for deletions. She's not so stupid that she simply doesn't realize her reasons for deletion are vague--she's simply dishonest.

I don't mind that everyone gets to say their piece of places like IHub, even people like 4kids who are half a bubble off plumb. If people want to listen to her then that's on them. However she shouldn't be put in the position of IHang's moderator where she can control what other people are allowed to read, especially since she primarily uses her position as moderator to harass people who don't share her opinions.

Her definition of Troll is more interesting. There is no better way to digress than to bring up some crazy off-topic theory like that the price of a stock has been depressed from $7 to subpenny through the actions of some short investors on Wall Street, as opposed to management failure, dishonesty, and incompetence. ANd a bad business case to start with.

In Internet slang, a troll is a person who starts quarrels or upsets people on the Internet to distract and sow discord by posting inflammatory and digressive,[1] extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community (such as a newsgroup, forum, chat room, or blog) with the intent of provoking readers into displaying emotional responses[2] and normalizing tangential discussion,[3] whether for the troll's amusement or a specific gain.
