Without a crime... Of course there was a crime. Those indicted for it may not have been US citizens but there was definitely crime. As previously pointed out, this is over. They found no evidence of collusion or conspiracy. Depends on what you mean by "this." The part of this that you reference is over. Rather anti-climactic.
