Art,

I believe you have the right points for the two most recent forks. If the rally continues past the ideal time for the turn, the market should continue to be attracted to the midline. You see that midline rising slightly.

A wave is a trading rally or trading sell off of any duration consistent with the trading cycle of a week, two weeks, nine weeks, it would be easier to refer to a wave than to try to describe one. When you bisect a high/low range, that's a wave.
