Sdgla, according to Breitbart, Kim Foxx already recused herself from the case because of the donation. That was last month.

Of course Chicago's politicians are awash in Soros' money. Not too hard to believe given that Chicago is a liberal stronghold, and Soros intends to keep it that way.

I just don't see a clear quid pro quo here.
