The punchline is China has signed a deal to buy a lot of those 'really excellent' Italian engineering services. It's the blind and indifferent leading the blind and indifferent - or two cha bu duo people excited about signing an agreement because they both secretly intend to cheat the other person. . One of these engineering projects is Italian and the other is Chinese. Both failed because they like to cut corners. Italy and China is a match made in heaven.
