Nice review,MissLil. I will add to file. The above side effects pertain more to PDE 3 ( heart ) inhibitors. Viagra is a PDE 5 ( penis, retina ). Of course we don't yet have long term studies on these PDE5 side effects. What is of concern however is that the toxic-therapeutic margin of all PDEs is NARROW. So that at the lower (50 mg) doses the mean erection time is only 12.5 minutes ( Brit Jour Urol, 1996, Boolel et al, Pfizer Lab ). Thus if you try bigger doses than those published so far is where you will start seeing sparks. TA
