Truly staggering how such simple facts are either dismissed or unknown to climateers.

Dear Bill.....

City of Jacksonville has a area of 2,264 km^2. Assume an average human being occupies 2x5 feet (lying down) or .92 square meters..... Therefore 2,264,000 m^2 / 0.92 m^2 is equal to 2,461,000 people..the number required to cover the area of Jacksonville. 7,000,000,000 x 0.92 people would cover 7,608,695,652 m^2 or 3,360 times the area of Jacksonville...

I suggest you concentrate your thoughts on CO2...

1 barrel of oil when burned produces 432,71 kg CO2....the chart below shows why the earths CO2 concentration is rising..

Bill,
You are confusing pollution with climate.
The yellow dust storms have a measurable impact on the local climate of Asia.

Pollution probably doesn't, at least not significantly. But I only mention that because the health consequences are real, unlike the supposed health consequences of global warming.
