Electric,

If MSFT closes down today the reversal would have already started,on a technical basis. But we have to keep in mind, subjectively,
that we have one more full day before earnings announcement. So just on a techncial basis the buy-in price for the PUTs were at the highs for today where ever that is, then the question is do we play the subjective, which I normally shy away from.

If MSFT stays where it is now, down slightly, I will wait till tomorrow. If tomorrow is flat and there is no runnup, I will not get in tomorrow since if the MSFT announcement is good, it could still move up more, in light of the small pullback today.

If MSFT closes down today the technicals will no longer be a CLASS 1 BUY, and since there is a bit more room to the upside, good news could push the stock up with their announcement. Unless there is a strong runup tomorrow, I will wait for the next CLASS 1 SELL.

Boy, why couldnt Painter wait 2 days for her annnouncement.
