<somewhat off topic> the gov't has a web site that with some experience fiqure out how many people live (maybe work) in the town. If I remember, the town of tensleep has approx 600 people. If the volume of mail addresses go up the town is growing - like a expanding business needing more workers, influx of people, more mail addresses...the reverse is usually true...quiker than cencus.

same pattern can be true to real estate purchases sometimes
